Deen & Lulu provides family-oriented educational and entertainment content. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the service and deciding what is appropriate for their family.

2. Not professional advice

Stories and educational content are for general informational and entertainment purposes and are not medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice.

3. Intellectual property

Deen & Lulu characters, stories, artwork, branding, audio, software, and other content are owned by Afaq Holdings LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted through the service; copying, redistributing, selling, or creating unauthorized derivative commercial products is not permitted.

4. Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable store’s terms, billing rules, cancellation procedures, and refund policies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use the service to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Afaq Holdings LLC disclaims warranties not expressly required by law and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
